Complaints Book

Under the Peruvian Consumer Protection and Defence Code (Law No. 29571), we make a Complaints Book available to consumers.

This is an informative translation. The Spanish version of this document is the binding one and prevails in the event of any discrepancy.

Current situation

HUELLIA S.A.C. began business activity on 1 August 2026 and does not currently sell products or services to end consumers. The portfolio products are still being defined.

While that remains the case, any complaint or grievance may be submitted through the channels below and will receive the same handling and the same response deadlines as an entry in the Complaints Book.

When the first consumer-facing product launches, the online registration form with the fields required by law will be enabled at this same address, and its link will appear visibly on the site and in the corresponding application.

How to submit a complaint or grievance

By email to soporte@huellia.pe, with the subject line “Libro de Reclamaciones”.

In writing at our address: Asc. San Jorge, Av. Santa Rosa de Lima Mz. A Lote 29, San Juan de Lurigancho, Lima, Lima, Perú.

State your identification and contact details, what happened and what you are asking for. We will issue a receipt acknowledging your submission and respond within the statutory deadline.

A complaint and a grievance are not the same

Under Peruvian law, a complaint (reclamo) is a disagreement relating to the product or service contracted. A grievance (queja) is a disagreement unrelated to the product or service, or dissatisfaction with the attention received.

Filing a complaint does not prevent you from using other dispute resolution channels, and it is not a prerequisite for reporting the matter to Indecopi.
