What personal data we process through this site, for what purpose, and how you can exercise your rights.
This is an informative translation. The Spanish version of this document is the binding one and prevails in the event of any discrepancy.
1. Data controller

2. What data we collect
This site is static and requires no registration. It collects no personal data merely from browsing: it uses no first-party or third-party cookies and embeds no analytics or advertising tools.
We only process the data you voluntarily provide when you write to us: name, email address, organisation if you choose to state it, and the content of your message.
As with any web hosting service, the provider serving these pages may temporarily log technical connection data such as the IP address, for security and service operation purposes.
3. Purpose and legal basis
The data you send is used exclusively to handle and answer your enquiry, and to maintain the correspondence arising from it.
The basis for the processing is your consent, given when you send us the message. You may withdraw it at any time by writing to the address above.
We do not use your data for unsolicited marketing or for profiling.
4. Retention
We keep your message for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and, afterwards, for the period during which legal liabilities may arise. It is deleted once that period has elapsed.
5. Recipients and cross-border transfers
We do not sell or share your data with third parties. The web hosting and email providers we use may access it as processors, solely to deliver the service.
Where such a provider is located outside Peru, the cross-border flow is carried out with the safeguards required by Peruvian personal data protection law.
6. Your rights
Under Peruvian Law No. 29733 on the Protection of Personal Data and its implementing regulation, you may exercise the rights of information, access, update, inclusion, rectification, erasure (cancellation) and objection in relation to your data, as well as the right not to be subject to automated decisions.
To exercise them, write to soporte@huellia.pe stating the right you wish to exercise and enclosing a document proving your identity. We will respond within the statutory deadlines.
If you consider that your request has not been handled properly, you may turn to the Peruvian National Authority for the Protection of Personal Data, part of the Ministry of Justice and Human Rights.
7. Minors
This site is not directed at minors and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you discover that a minor has provided us with data, write to us and we will delete it.
8. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the data we process, including HTTPS encryption of site traffic and access control over our mailboxes.
9. Updates
This policy will be reviewed whenever the processing described here changes, and in particular before the launch of any portfolio product that processes third-party personal data. The version in force is always the one published at this address.
